What is Motivation? || Importance of Motivation in our life

What is Motivation in the life?

People always want to accomplish things. If you see someone building a house, they can see the end in sight. Everyone loves the ending to the movie. So even if the ending seems like a roller coaster ride, they want it to be finished. So what happens if the ending isn’t what everyone is looking for?

What is Motivation in the life?

What happens if you’re striving for a roller coaster ride that goes in the wrong direction? What happens if you can’t find the motivation to keep going? I remember back in college, I wanted to graduate. I would go to school all night to get my homework done. Then I’d go into work for a few hours, then study for a few more hours before going back to school again. After doing this over and over for three years straight, I finally graduated.

The excitement was there, but something just wasn’t right. I had motivation, but I wasn’t truly motivated.

I worked for a few more years after graduating. The motivation was still there. The end was in sight. But I just wasn’t feeling it. I knew what was going to happen at the end of my work schedule and I didn’t really care anymore.

Motivation had been broken and I just didn’t have it in me to start up again. I was stuck in a rut and it was tough to pull myself out. So what happened? I finally got the motivation that I was looking for. It came in a manner that I wasn’t expecting it. I was hired by a huge consulting firm in the advertising industry. They were just starting out and I knew I was their first hire.

It was a position that paid the highest wages for their age range and they were excited to have me on their team. I didn’t really care what my job was at the moment, I just wanted to be able to spend all my time helping the company get bigger. I was over-qualified and with motivation, I got my job done.

I took on the challenge and completed a huge assignment before they got the chance to hand it out to me. I was motivated. Now I was truly motivated. I knew what was at the end of the road. If I finished what I was working on and got the client finished, I’d be paid to do so. If I completed what I was assigned, I’d have a paycheck to make sure I had money to spend for the rest of the year. The end was within my grasp.

Motivation was with me and I was eager to finish the job. I was only working with my company for two months when I was promoted. This company had the opportunity to set me up with a senior position that could potentially make more money. They took the responsibility of getting me set up and they were planning to promote me to that position.

I was willing to do whatever it took to get promoted. When I got the job, I jumped at it and began working with a higher level of commitment. I took on whatever task I was given and completed it. I went to work late, I got tired, I didn’t take on the work that wasn’t expected of me.

When I was asked to do something, I did it. If it wasn’t within my abilities, I’d tell them so. They rewarded me for this and I kept going back for more. After working with the company for a few months, my position was changed. The company was growing and they needed to have the upper level managers.

It was better that I was assigned with a lower position, but better than nothing. I was thankful for this opportunity. If I had been the manager, I would have been stuck with all the responsibilities that I wasn’t willing to handle and the extra responsibility would have been horrible. The end was always going to be there.

Motivation was going to come with it. But motivation wasn’t going to come into the job. Motivation was going to come when I completed my work and got a check in the mail. Motivation was going to come when I walked out the door after the job was completed. I was ready to finish what I started and get the job done.

I was determined to earn the promotions and the money. I was going to work and work hard to be successful. I was going to prove myself worthy. I was going to show the world that I was good at what I did.

Motivation, What is it?

Is it an intangible or is it a physical thing? Well in my case, I needed something tangible. It was the motivation that made the difference. Motivation was never in my body, it was in the other people around me. And because of that, my motivation was with me. Motivation came to me when I was being motivated.

What is motivation?

Motivation is simply the willingness to go after something. It’s going after what you’re passionate about. It’s being motivated to go after what you’re trying to do. Motivation is staying motivated to keep going when you’re tired and it’s a struggle. It’s going back for more even though you know you’ve done enough and you’ve done it successfully. Motivation is not something that’s going to come and go with you. It’s a physical thing. It’s the motivation that makes the difference. Motivation is in the motivation that makes the difference.

What motivates you to go after your goals?

Is it the desire to change for the better? Is it to be a better person? Is it about your health and the way you feel? Is it about the financial gain? Is it about providing for your family? Is it about earning more money and having the freedom to live comfortably? Is it about having the time to make a difference in the world? Does motivation come to you, and you try to get it to come to you and you say to yourself “I’ll be motivated today” or “I’ll feel motivation today”? Is that how it happens? Or does motivation come to you and it’s on a constant, constant schedule? Do you have to think about it and consciously seek it? Is that how it comes to you? Is that how it gets you motivated?

Motivation comes from somewhere and it comes in the form of an opportunity. In the form of a challenge. In the form of motivation. Do something, I did it. If it wasn’t within my abilities, I’d tell them so. Motivation is going after what you want and getting it. If it’s something that you want, do it. If it’s not within your abilities, tell them so. If it’s something that you want to be motivated to do, get yourself motivated to do it. Motivation comes to you, but it doesn’t come to you automatically. It’s something that you need to do and do it today. You need to do it to be motivated tomorrow. Motivation is a little bit like a muscle.

If you aren’t constantly using it, you get weak. You get a little bit tired and weak. You lose a little bit of motivation and motivation is not just a simple thing. Motivation comes to you as a response to an opportunity or challenge that you have. Motivation is like an opportunity. What do you do when an opportunity comes to you? You do it. The opportunity comes to you. You take it. You go for it. You go for what you want. You take it and go for it. And you do it and go for it. What will motivate you to do what you want to do? If you are motivated to do what you want, then it’s a challenge that you can easily do.

When you are motivated to do something, you do it. If it isn’t within your abilities, you tell them so. You aren’t afraid to fail, you aren’t afraid to get it wrong. You aren’t afraid of what others will say. You aren’t afraid of the difficulty. You aren’t afraid of being successful. You’re not afraid of being left out. You aren’t afraid of being embarrassed.

You aren’t afraid of what the result will be if you do it. You just do it. You go for it. You do what you want to do and you go for it. When the opportunity comes to you and you take it, it comes from somewhere. Motivation comes from somewhere and it comes to you. You do it. You take it. You go for it. You do what you want. And you go for it. You take it and go for it.

What motivation brings to you will come to you. It will. If you go for what you want and get it, motivation will come. If motivation comes to you, you’ll do it. If motivation comes to you and you do it, it will come to you and you’ll do it. And you’ll do what you want to do and go for it.

What motivation brings to you will come to you. You do it. You take it. You go for it. You do what you want to do and go for it. You take it and go for it. It will come to you. You do what you want to do and go for it. You do what you want to do and go for it. Motivation is that which brings you motivation and motivation is that which brings you motivation. You do it. You take it. You go for it. So it is the brief description of Motivation.
